It was during this time that she met her now-husband, Greg White, whose unwavering belief in her talent inspired her to take a leap of faith and start her own business. With his support, Rolled Out Bakery was born—a place where customers can indulge in the same delicious, creations that Erica first made for her family.

Rolled Out Bakery specializes in a variety of soft, perfectly balanced sweet rolls, including classic cinnamon, chocolate chip cinnamon, raspberry, lemon blueberry, and more. They have also begun production of their savory line with flavors like bacon ranch and green chili and cheese.  Gluten-free options will also be available for those with dietary restrictions.
